My old boiler was removed and replaced. Swansea gas and oil were excellent tradesmen. They came and replaced the old boiler within days of me reporting the problem. They were very friendly.
Responded to very professionally and reasonably. Responded to my request for assistance without delay and we received excellent advice on what repair was required together with an assessment of what may be needed going forward.
Anthony came initially for a boiler service. Unfortunately my boiler was old and no longer safe therefore had to be condemned – although not the news I wanted to hear (!) Anthony talked me through the issues, explaining what this meant and answering my questions. He was able to arrange for a new boiler instillation in just a few days which was completed without issues. Overall, great communication, professional and efficient. Would recommend.
